Eric Richter

Eric Richter joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2001 as a Regional Property Manager. Since 2001, he has been promoted several times, serving as Assistant Director of Property Management, Vice President of Property Management and currently Senior Vice President of Property Management. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Richter was a property/facilities manager for NSG Inc., a Cincinnati-based property management firm. Prior to joining NSG, he held several positions including Operations Manager for Roal Inc.'s Surf Cincinnati Waterpark from 1991 to 1998.
