Shannon Stithem has over 15 years of experience in management and customer service roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Service Order Solutions at Philips since January 2008, Shannon has previously held positions as Manager and Account Support Lead. Prior to Philips, experience includes working as a Customer Service Manager at WaMu from 2002 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing a specialized call center queue for internal help desk and customer escalation calls, overseeing a team of more than 20 employees to ensure productivity and success.
