La Nise Hagan, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently, La Nise serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at OneTen, focusing on advancing opportunities for Black individuals. La Nise also holds membership with CHRO Council III and serves on the Board of Directors for Phoenix Center for the Arts. Previously, La Nise has held leadership roles at Agility Recovery, Forward Air Corporation, and Priority Technology Holdings, contributing to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture. La Nise earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Florida State University, with a minor in Business Administration/Finance.
