Jyotsna Kaushik

Jyotsna Kaushik is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in quantitative engineering and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Quantitative Engineer at Phoenix Group since September 2020, Jyotsna specializes in financial modeling, project management, and the governance of model development. As President of the Indian Actuarial Network UK from November 2022 to December 2024, responsibilities include organizing networking and mentoring events for actuarial students and professionals. Previous roles at PwC, Partnership, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and Paternoster involved leading actuarial audits, developing optimization solutions, and managing actuarial teams. Jyotsna holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
