T. Carl Kwoh

T. Carl Kwoh is the VP of Product at Phoenix Labs. T. was previously the founder of Ghostly Bear Games from November 2017 to December 2019. T. is also the Head of Talent Operations & Systems at Riot Games from April 2011 to April 2017 and a Producer at PopCap Games from August 2006 to March 2011. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Sabertooth Games from July 2002 to July 2006 and a Data Manager at Isis Pharmaceuticals from June 2000 to August 2001.

T. Carl Kwoh graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. T. also attended La Jolla Country Day School.
