Ghirish Gajeelee

Ghirish Gajeelee serves as the Group Technology and Transformation Leader at PhoenixBev since June 2025, overseeing the enterprise digital roadmap and transformation agenda for operations and business teams across Mauritius, Rodrigues, Seychelles, and Reunion Island. Previously, Ghirish held roles as Technology Consulting Director at EY for a brief period in 2025 and as Senior Director and Director of Application Support at Dayforce from April 2020 to March 2025. Early experience includes serving as Head of Technology, Product Development and Maintenance at SIL from July 2008 to April 2020, along with various roles in software engineering and IT management at Valldata and SIL. Ghirish holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mauritius and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Technology Mauritius.
