Adrian Hughes

Adrian Hughes is an experienced professional in transformation, change management, and merger and acquisition processes, with a notable portfolio of strategic initiatives. At PIB Group, Adrian held the role of Head of Transformation & Change and also served as Programme Advisory & Joint Venture Franchisee Integration Lead. Prior experience includes serving as Interim Portfolio Delivery Director at Elanco, overseeing major projects and technology initiatives. Adrian contributed to Lowell as an Interim M&A and Integration Consultant, facilitating a significant £370M acquisition of Hoist Finance UK, and worked with Ferrero on the carve-out and integration of Fox's Biscuits into the Ferrero Group. Adrian's educational background includes a Diploma in E-commerce Solutions and Applications from the University of Pennsylvania Business School and a Diploma in Management from the Dale Carnegie Institute.
