Hannah Henegar is the Wellness Director at the Pickens YMCA after serving as a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer at the Pickens YMCA.

In her role as Wellness Director, Hannah oversees all aspects of the Wellness department, including Group Wellness programs, The Journey and ActivTrax, Fit 4 Life, Personal Training, Pedaling 4 Parkinson’s, LiveStrong at the YMCA and so much more! During her time as a Wellness Coach at the Pickens YMCA, Hannah excelled as a personal trainer and helped lead the first class of A Matter of Balance at the Pickens YMCA.

Hannah is adept at building strong relationships with members and is committed to helping others change their lives through wellness. She loves to see someone start with a goal, help them along their wellness journey and then see their excitement when they overcome obstacles to succeed.

Leebo Keels is the current Powdersville Y Branch Executive at YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville. Prior to this position, Leebo served as District Executive Director at YMCA of Greenville from March 2014 to June 2019. In this role, Leebo was responsible for managing daily operations and providing leadership for $5.3 million in operations including 13,000+ members, 200 employees and oversight of two facilities totaling 82k square feet. Leebo also supervised all departments and full-time directors, including membership, childcare, aquatics, fitness, maintenance, sports, wellness, development, etc. Additionally, Leebo developed, aligned and implemented annual operating objectives and business plans for both branches in alignment with the association’s strategic goals.

During Leebo's time at YMCA of Greenville, they were also responsible for recruiting, retaining and engaging 37 volunteer board of directors to partner with on fundraising initiatives, branch operations, and budget improvements. Furthermore, Leebo organized, appointed and worked with board members on various sub committees. They also developed and maintained community partnerships with local organizations. One of their key accomplishments was working with the YMCA of Greenville Association to reach the goal of $1.25 million, providing assistance to 9,220 people. Leebo was also directly involved with a Capital Campaign in 2018-19 to expand the Caine Halter Functional Training. As

Lebo Keels has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Wofford College. Leebo is certified by LinkedIn in Executive Leadership and Coaching and Developing Employees.

Mariah Patel is the Communications Director at YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville. Mariah has a background in communications and marketing, and has been with the YMCA for over two years.

Mariah Patel has a Bachelor's degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from [Lee University](/org/lee-university). Mariah also has certification from [LinkedIn](/org/linkedin) in Becoming Indistractable, Bill George on Self Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership, Cultivating a Growth Mindset, Avoiding Burnout (2015), Coaching and Developing Employees, Leading Yourself, Managing a Multigenerational Workforce, Working with Difficult People, Coaching and Developing Employees (2013), Time Management for Managers, and Transitioning from Manager to Leader.

Their manager is Sid Collins, President & CEO. They work with Meagan Blough - Aquatics Director, Alida Gardiner - VP of Operations, and Ally Schachner - Childcare Director.

Chase Bowlin is the Aquatics and Sports Director at the Pickens YMCA. Chase brings a wealth of both youth development and Y experience, having served in roles such as Sports Supervisor, Associate Sports Director, and Fitness Associate.

Kaitlyn Gilreath is a Mentor Coordinator for the Y Mentor program, serving the Pickens and Liberty schools with the School District of Pickens County. 
In her role as Mentor Coordinator, Kaitlyn is responsible for matching mentors to students who have been identified by school counselors as someone who could benefit from having a mentor. Throughout the school year, she lends support to the mentors and schools to ensure the mentees are benefitting from the program.

Kaitlyn is a former Elementary school teacher who also has experience with event planning and working with at-risk children from low-economic communities. Kaitlyn utilizers her background to build relationships with our school partners, mentors and community leaders to strengthen the impact of Y Mentor in our schools.
 
Kaitlyn spends most of her time with her adorable 6 month old son, but in her free time she loves watching SharkTank with her husband, trying the newest Crumbl cookie, and spending time with her family. As a former teacher, she has a heart for seeing students grow and is passionate about investing in the future of our community.

Janet has many years of experience in education in both the public and home school sectors. To go with her education experience, Janet also has experience in program leadership and volunteer management. Janet utilizers her previous experiences to build relationships with our school partners, mentors and community leaders to strengthen the impact of Y Mentor in our schools.

Ashlee Owens is the Group Wellness Coordinator at the Powdersville YMCA as well as teaching classes as a Group Wellness Instructor.

In her role, Ashlee oversees the Group Wellness Instructors through scheduling classes and payroll, and she also works with our Wellness Director to create and schedule all new classes for our members. She is also a Group Wellness Instructor, teaching many popular classes at the Y including BOGA, RIP Cycle and MyZone Mashup.

Ashlee loves to see members accomplish all their goals from strength to all around wellness in their lives. Encouraging instructors and members to grow in their passion of health and wellness makes her excited for the future for all the families connected to the Y. She firmly believe these three words help grow strong communities; Stronger, Better, Together.

When she’s not at the Y, she and her family love playing putt-putt. They are very competitive and can turn anything into a small competition. She loves traveling and trying new dishes…food is her favorite interest!

Ashlee Owens

Scotty Goodale is one of the Properties Directors for the YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville and joined our association in 2021.

In his role, Scotty is responsible for all of the facility maintenance and safety of the property at the Powdersville YMCA. He also helps make sure the exercise equipment and the pools are in working order for our members.

Scotty has an extensive background in maintenance and cares about his work and what he does. He has certifications in HVAC, CPO, EPA and CPR.

Scotty has heterochromia, which means he has two different color eyes (one green and one blue). Heterochromia presents in about .06% of the population. Scotty enjoys collecting sneakers, getting new tattoos, retro video games, horror movies and cheesy action flicks. He is also a certified chef.

Jennifer Barker is the Membership Director for the Easley YMCA. She has been with our association since 2003, serving in roles ranging from Member Services Coordinator, Volunteer Champion, Childcare Director, Childcare Administrative Assistant and Childcare Staff Development Director.

As Membership Director, Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of member relations at the Easley YMCA and makes a conscientious effort to create an impactful experience for members, guests and staff. She works directly with members regarding their accounts as well as supervising the Member Services, ChildWatch and Housekeeping staffs.

Jennifer’s passion for the Y and its mission, combined with a desire to learn more about people, makes her uniquely suited to share her knowledge of the Y with frontline staff. Her hope is that she can accomplish this in in new and interesting ways that motivate them to want to learn more.

Jennifer enjoys reading, scrapbooking and any time she can escape into solitude. She says her greatest accomplishment and joy is her daughter.

Jennifer Barker

Dennis Loftis is the Wellness Director at the Easley YMCA and has served the YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville since 2008 in his current role, as a Wellness Coach and as a personal trainer.

In his role at the Easley YMCA, Dennis oversees all aspects of the Wellness department and Group Wellness programs. He serves and ensures the safety of all members participating in wellness activities, including The Journey, ActivTrax, InBody, Custom Wellness Appointments, Personal Training and so much more. Dennis hires, trains and supervises Wellness Coaches and Trainers and ensures the safe working condition of all equipment in the branch.

Dennis loves helping people become stronger and more confident. He loves seeing the spark in someone’s eyes when they have fallen in love with taking care of themselves. He loves helping people of all walks of life with all styles of training, from weightlifting to functional life training to leading our LiveStrong at the YMCA classes. Dennis’ love for and loyalty to the mission of the YMCA is evident in every interaction he has with our members.

Dennis is happily married to the love of his life, Gina, and they have three children. When he’s not at the Y, Dennis loves to lift weights and has been involved with dog rescue for more than 22 years.

Alex Rutland is the VP of Development for the YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville, having joined our association in 2021. Alex is a long-time Easley resident and has worked closely with the Y through his previous role.

In his role as VP of Development, Alex is responsible for the association’s non-earned income, including the Annual Campaign, Capital Campaigns, Endowment, Grants and Sponsorships. His work provides the fuel behind the Y’s mission, allowing our association to meet and serve the community’s needs through scholarships and programs for those in need.

Alex has a passion for helping & serving others, meeting people’s needs and making a tangible impact in the community. He enjoys meeting new people – never meeting a stranger – and building long-lasting relationships.

Outside of the Y, Alex loves spending time with his wife and 3 kids. He is an avid deer hunter & gardener and is active in his church.

Jennifer Bowling is the Membership Director at the Pickens YMCA and has worked in Member Services since joining the Y in 2017.

As Membership Director, Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of member relations at the Pickens YMCA and makes a conscientious effort to create an impactful experience for members, guests and staff. She works directly with members regarding their accounts as well as supervising the Member Services, ChildWatch and Housekeeping staffs.

Jennifer always strives to understand the big picture and how she impacts that overall picture in her role. She enjoys understanding not only the how but the why. She also loves that the mission of the Y focuses on the people and those we impact and believes that ripple effect can be endless.

When she’s not at the Y, Jennifer loves spending time with family and friends, going on road trips, riding roller coasters and bowling. The Y is in Jennifer’s bloodline – “After retiring from the school district, my grandmother worked the front desk at the local Y in Ohio. She always talked about her Y family. Now that I have one, I understand what she meant.”

Corie Smith is the Membership Director at the Powdersville YMCA. He previously served as Aquatics Director beginning in 2017. He has been with our association since 2002 when he started as a lifeguard.

In his role as Membership Director, Corie oversees all aspects of member relations at the Powdersville YMCA. He works directly with members regarding their accounts as well as supervising the Member Services, ChildWatch and Housekeeping staff.

Corie has more than 18 years of experience in Aquatics, so he brings extensive knowledge and skill in providing programming that works for the Y and its members to the role of Membership Director. He also brings fresh, creative ideas that allow us to innovate and give new offerings to the communities we serve, such as helping implement and improve upon the Water Safety Week program that offers free safety classes to students.

When he’s not at the Y, Corie enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports. He is also a member of the Navy Reserves, and has served tours overseas.

Jennifer Eyrisch is a Childcare Director for the YMCA, a role she began in 2021 after moving to the area from California.

In her role, Jennifer is responsible for planning for the program and ensuring the students in our After School program and Summer Camp at the Easley YMCA have a fun, safe environment where they can grow in spirit, mind and body. She also oversees the After School and Summer Camp counselors who work with the students each day.

Jennifer is passionate about the mission of the Y and working with children. With more than 19 years working in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Childcare team.

When she’s not at the Y, Jennifer enjoys training in running races, riding motorcycles with her husband and doing crafts. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Jennifer Eyrisch

Sid Collins is the President and CEO of the YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville, a role which he assumed in 2005, though he has been part of our association since 2001.

As President and CEO, Sid is responsible for casting vision for the future of our organization, providing strategic leadership for the staff and programs of the association and guiding the direction of that strategy to best serve the needs of our communities. He also works closely with the Y’s Governing Board and community partners to build and strengthen the Y and community at large.

Sid is adept at thinking outside the box for solutions to issues facing both the Y and our community. He also knows that one person can’t do it all and, when he has an idea and needs an expert who can help execute it, is strong at organizing a team to tackle the problem. Sid’s passion for knowledge and thinking through problems also makes him a strong visionary leader who, while he may be solving the day’s tasks, is planning for the big goals of the future.

When he’s not at the Y, Sid loves to spend time with his wife and 4 kids. He enjoys hiking, reading and nerding out to podcasts.
