Marc Hineman

As Pico’s Chief Administrative Officer, Marc guides Pico’s global growth and operations in close partnership with the CEO. Marc oversees Pico’s business management, investor relations, and procurement and sales operations teams. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on leading business operation functions that support electronic trading.

Prior to Pico, Marc served as the Chief Operating Officer of electronic trading services, market structure and strategic investments at Wells Fargo Securities where he oversaw areas such as program management, product implementation, compliance, and marketing.

Marc graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a B.A. in Public Justice. He also holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Gabelli School of Management at Fordham.
