Prashant Singhal

Prashant Singhal is the current Vice President of Strategy at Pidilite Industries. Prashant has over fifteen years of experience in strategy, consulting, and commercial excellence.

Prashant started their career as a software engineer at ST Microelectronics and Mastek. In 2006, they did a summer internship at Standard Chartered Bank before joining Monitor Deloitte (now Monitor Group) as a Director in 2007. At Monitor Deloitte, they worked with clients in the technology, media, and telecom industries on growth strategy, M&A, and organizational transformation.

In 2015, Prashant joined PETRONAS Lubricants International as Head of Commercial Excellence for India. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy in India. Prashant also served as Manager of Transformation for Global Commercial Excellence, leading the development and implementation of PETRONAS' commercial transformation strategy globally.

Prashant has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Prashant Singhal has a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

Their manager is Bharat Puri, Managing Director. They work with Pankaj Bhargava - President, Procurement, Sanjay Bahadur - Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, Construction Chemicals, and Anubhav Saxena - President, R&D.
