Renaud-Thomas Ruer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, food logistics, and energy. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Group CFO at Pierre Fabre Laboratories, Ruer leads execution of cross-functional financial strategy and governance while driving performance improvement and digital finance transformation. Previous roles include Group Treasurer at Pierre Fabre, where Ruer managed global treasury operations and ESG-linked financing, and CFO at Semmaris, overseeing corporate finance and strategic planning for the world’s largest wholesale food market. Ruer has also held significant positions at RTE, Gerald Group, Edge Growth, and UBS, advising on M&A and investment strategies. Ruer holds an MBA from The Wharton School, specializing in Operations and Finance.
