Karina Candrian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and medical technology sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Effectum Medical AG since 2017, Karina oversees an outsourced quality management system and serves as a legal manufacturer and Swiss Authorized Representative. In addition, Karina co-founded MEDICALBOARD in 2011, providing expertise in insights analysis, business coaching, and interim management to foster sustainable growth for clients. Karina also holds mentoring and coaching roles with EIT Health and Innosuisse, respectively, guiding innovators and start-ups toward successful business development. Other notable positions include board membership at Piomic Medical and Aquilana Versicherungen, and previously at GVD Capital Partners SA. Karina's earlier career includes leadership roles at SUNSTAR SUISSE SA and Degradable Solutions, contributing to advancements in medical product development and consultation.
