Brent Bracelin

Brent Bracelin serves as the Co-Head of Technology Research and Managing Director at Piper Sandler since September 2019, specializing in equity research with a focus on modern software applications, SaaS, new API business models, and the artificial intelligence ecosystem. Prior to this role, Brent was a Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets from July 2014 to 2019, where coverage included major technology companies such as Adobe, Microsoft, and Salesforce. Brent’s career began at The Red Chip Review in 1994, followed by positions at Charter Investment Group and Pacific Crest Securities, where significant contributions were made to enhance the firm’s reputation and strength in technology investment banking leading up to KeyCorp's acquisition. Brent holds a BA in Finance from Linfield University, earned in May 1994.
