Britten Cosgrove

Britten Cosgrove is a seasoned finance professional with extensive legal expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel at Piper Sandler since January 2020, Britten previously held the position of Managing Director and Counsel at Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. from September 2009 to January 2020, and began as a Summer Associate there in 2008. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree in Financial Transactions from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Northeastern University.
