Rosaria Demma Cara'

Rosaria Demma Cara' serves as the Head of Statutory Financial Statements at Pirelli since January 2018, leading a team responsible for the statutory financial statements of all Italian entities and quarterly reporting packages in alignment with Group Accounting Standards. Prior to this role, Rosaria held the position of Statutory Financial Statements Manager at Pirelli & C. SpA, where responsibilities included preparing annual statutory financial statements and quarterly reporting for consolidated accounts. Rosaria's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager Assurance and Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2002 to 2017, showcasing a strong foundation in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), auditing, and financial analysis. Rosaria obtained a degree from the Università degli Studi di Palermo between 1994 and 2000.
