Global tech company Pitney Bowes has announced the election of Sheila A. Stamps to its board of directors. Ms. Stamps will become the tenth company director when the appointment becomes official on September 1, 2020, and she will serve on the Audit and Executive Compensation Committees.

Ms. Stamps has extensive leadership experience in the finance sector, including as Executive Vice President at DBI, LLC, and other senior positions at the New York State Common Retirement Fund, the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University, Bank of America Corp. (formerly FleetBoston), and Bank One Corp. (now JPMorgan).
She sits on the boards of CIT Group, Inc., CIT Bank, N.A., and is Audit Chair on the board of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings. She is also on the Board of Directors of IES Abroad, a non-profit global education initiative.
