Kimberleigh Nash

Kimberleigh Nash has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Kimberleigh'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Director at Pittsburgh Mercy since December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for talent acquisition, retention, engagement strategies, performance management, policy interpretation, complaint investigations, conflict resolution, employee relations, leave management, compensation administration, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies. Kimberleigh Nash, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Kimberleigh also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. In 2013, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification, followed by the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in 2015 and 2020 respectively. Kimberleigh has also acquired various additional certifications related to strategic HR, leadership, and diversity and inclusion from reputable institutions such as LinkedIn and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
