Patrick Furlong is a Director in the Consumer Retail Group. He joined PJ SOLOMON in 2008.

Mr. Furlong specializes in the apparel, accessories, outdoor, specialty retail and e-commerce industries and is co-lead of the firm’s Automotive & Powersports Aftermarket practice. He has represented clients on a variety of assignments including buy-side and sell-side, divestiture and merger transactions, debt and equity financing, and restructurings and recapitalizations. He has also been recognized by The M&A Advisor as an Emerging Leader in the field of dealmaking.

Mr. Furlong experience includes advising FortNine on its sale to Novacap, Brooks Brothers on its Chapter 11 Proceedings, Arteriors on its sale to Norwest Equity Partners, Special Committee of Perry Ellis, Flight Club on its merger with GOAT, RevZilla (now Comoto Holdings) on its sale to Prospect Hill Growth Partners (formerly J.W. Childs), Rag & Bone on its sale of a minority interest to Irving Place Capital, Kering (formerly PPR) on its sale of The Sportsman’s Guide to Northern Tool + Equipment and OneStopPlus to Charlesbank and Webster Capital, Ariat International on its expanded partnership with the Fisher family, United Retail Group on its sale to Versa Capital, Chico’s FAS on its acquisition of Boston Proper, Laura Geller on its sale to Tengram Capital Partners, Kerasotes Theatres on its sale to AMC Entertainment, and Cynergy Data on its sale to the ComVest Group. He has also advised RadioShack and Quiksilver on their recapitalizations.
