Steven Houlihan

Steven Houlihan is a Director in the Telecommunications group. He joined PJ SOLOMON in 2020.

Mr. Houlihan specializes in the communications infrastructure, data center, cloud services, and technology industry verticals. He has advised on transactions valued in aggregate of more than $6.5 billion.

Notable transactions on which Mr. Houlihan has advised include the sale of a majority stake in SummitIG by SDC Capital; the sale of Clearwave to CableOne; the merger of ZenFi and Cross River Fiber; the sale of FirstLight Fiber to Antin Infrastructure; the sale of MegaPath to Fusion; the acquisition of Itconic from Carlyle Group by Equinix; the sale of Wilcon to Crown Castle; the sale of Hibernia Networks to GTT Communications; the sale of a majority investment in Unite Private Networks by Cox Communications; the sale of FirstLight Fiber to Oak Hill Capital; the separation of Integra and Electric Lightwave into two independent companies; the sale of MegaPath’s managed services business to GTT Communications; the sale of Expereo to Carlyle Group.

Prior to PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Houlihan was a Vice President focused on the Communications, Infrastructure and Services sector at Bank Street. He began his career in wealth management and private banking at Bank of America.
