Victoria Hotchkiss

Victoria Hotchkiss has extensive experience in restructuring and credit strategies, currently serving in the Restructuring & Special Situations department at PJT Partners since September 2025. Prior to this role, Victoria held positions at Ducera Partners LLC, focusing on restructuring from May 2020 to August 2025, and at Brookfield Asset Management in Credit Strategies from July 2019 to May 2020. Victoria initially worked at Ducera Partners LLC in restructuring between July 2017 and July 2019 and began her career at Miller Buckfire as an Analyst from July 2016 to July 2017, following an internship there in June to August 2015. Victoria also gained experience through an internship at Art Road Nonprofit from 2013 to 2014. Victoria graduated from Georgetown University in 2016 and attended Cranbrook Kingswood Upper School from 2008 to 2012.
