Thomas Monahan

Tom spent more than two decades as a leader, CEO and Chairman of CEB (NYSE: CEB), culminating in CEB's acquisition by Gartner (NYSE: IT). As part of CEB's leadership, Tom helped redefine how the world's leading companies make their most important decisions. By tapping the collective experience of and analyzing performance data from more than 10,000 companies, CEB created authoritative insights, technology tools, and management resources to help companies manage talent, innovation, and risk. Before joining CEB, Tom worked with Deloitte, the Committee for Economic Development, and Accenture. He holds an undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Harvard University and received his MBA with distinction from New York University.
