Paul Boon is an experienced product development leader currently serving as the Product Development Team Lead at Plek since May 2023, focusing on enhancing products to meet customer needs and business objectives. Previously, Paul worked at Impala Studios as a Project Manager and later as a Business Transformation Manager, where responsibilities included managing change projects and implementing operational methodologies. In earlier roles, Paul operated as a Product Owner for both iOS and Android platforms, successfully optimizing cross-functional team processes and reducing time-to-market for new features. Paul has also held various positions in software testing, project support, digital product coordination, narrative design for games, and freelance journalism. Paul holds a master's degree in Philosophy from Tilburg University and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Groningen.
