Gillian Core is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Placer.ai. Prior to joining Placer.ai, Gillian served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Reputation.com from November 2019 to December 2021. In this role, Gillian was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience, including customer success, support, and success operations.

Before Reputation.com, Gillian was the Vice President of Customer Experience and General Manager of Scottsdale Office at Zeta Global from December 2012 to March 2017. In this role, Gillian led the customer experience team and was responsible for growing the Scottsdale office.

Prior to Zeta Global, Gillian founded and served as the President of Conscious Impact from August 2008 to November 2010. In this role, Gillian was responsible for all aspects of the company, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations.

Before Conscious Impact, Gillian served as the Vice President of Customer Services at Re:Vision from August 2005 to August 2008. In this role, Gillian was responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including customer success, support, and success operations.

Gillian Core completed their MBA at Columbia Business School and their Bachelor's of Science in Management at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Gillian Core reports to Noam Ben-Zvi, CEO & Co-Founder. Nir Liran - VP, Customer Support, Sandra Garces - Director, Customer Success report to Gillian Core. Gillian Core works with Oded Fossfeld - CTO & Co‑Founder, Ofir Lemel - Chief Product Officer & Co‑Founder, and Benjamin Pitman - VP, Sales Strategy & Development.
