Colin- Kelly

Colin Kelly currently serves as the VP of Food Safety and Quality at pladis Global since December 2022. Previously, Colin held the position of Global Technical Quality Director at THG from July 2021 to December 2022 and worked in Research and Development at McCormick & Company from September 2020 to July 2021. Colin served as Global Quality Director at William Grant and Sons from April 2017 to March 2020 and was the Director of Technical/R&D at Warburtons for a decade, from March 2007 to March 2017. Earlier roles included Quality Manager positions at HJ Heinz, focusing on the Eastern European market from 2004 to 2007, and various Quality Manager roles within the same company between 1998 and 2005. Colin began their career as an electrical engineer at ICI from 1978 to 1982, following education in Electrical Engineering at Halton College and HND at Penketh High School. Colin is an active member of various industry committees, holding leadership roles in significant professional organizations focused on food safety and quality.
