Berat Çağlar KARAGÖZ has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Strategy & Marketing Specialist at Migros Ticaret A.Ş. Berat Çağlar then joined pladis Global in 2009, where they held positions such as Assistant Brand Manager, Senior Assistant Brand Manager, and finally Brand Manager. During this time, they successfully managed various marketing campaigns for Ulker chocolate covered brands and played a significant role in innovative projects such as the Metro Energy Test campaigns. In 2013, Berat pursued their MBA in Strategy & Marketing at the University of Cambridge before joining RB as a Regional Brand Manager for Finish Detergent. Following their role at RB, they joined Vodafone in 2015 and served as Marketing Manager in various segments, including Brand Strategy & Communication and Innovation & Sports Business. In 2021, Berat joined Getir as the Head of Marketing before transitioning to their current role as Marketing Director at pladis Global in 2023.

Berat Çağlar KARAGÖZ completed their high school education at Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi ve Maarif Koleji, where they studied science. Berat Çağlar then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 2004 to 2008. Later, they attended the University of Cambridge from 2013 to 2014, during which they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy & Marketing.
