Ginger Baker

Ginger Baker is the current Head of Financial Access at Plaid. Ginger has also previously served as the Head of On Demand Liquidity at Ripple, Head of Product, Financial Services at Facebook, and Director, Payments at Square. Baker has also been a Consultant for the Millennium Cities Initiative at The Earth Institute, Columbia University and a Managing Director for Visa Rwanda. Prior to that, they were in Sales & Client Solutions at Visa USA.

Ginger Baker attended Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where they received a MIA (Master in International Affairs). Ginger then went on to Vanderbilt University to earn their BS in Organizational Development.

Their manager is Eric Sager, COO. They are on a team with Ian Macallister - Head of North American Financial Institution Partnerships, Ripsy Bandourian - Head of Operations, Europe, and Vivian Takach - Head of Research & Insights.
