Angelo Hernan Melencio

Angelo Hernan Melencio, known as Enan, has over a decade of experience with Plan International, serving in various managerial roles focused on emergency response and disaster resilience. Currently a Deployable Emergency Response Manager, Enan oversees operations in crisis-affected countries, manages emergency programs, and maintains donor relations. Previous positions include Regional Humanitarian Specialist for Asia Pacific, where support was provided to 15 country offices, and Country Programme Manager for Disaster Resilience in the Philippines, managing a USD 7 million portfolio. Enan has also led the Consortium Manager roles for innovative projects and managed humanitarian and development operations with funding exceeding USD 500K. Enan's earlier experiences include research and project management roles with various organizations, complemented by degrees in Community Development and Statistics from the University of the Philippines.
