Arthur Descamps

Arthur Descamps is an accomplished Aerospace and Systems Automation Engineer currently working at Planet Labs since March 2016, where contributions include leading qualification campaigns for spacecraft and supporting Earth observation satellite development. Previously, Arthur held roles at NASA as a Research Associate in the Mission Design Center, leading engineering efforts for projects like XCube and Gravity Tractor. Arthur's early experiences include project leadership in academic initiatives such as the XCube Recon at ESTACA and the CubeSat Project, as well as various internships at leading aerospace companies including Airbus and Arianespace. Arthur holds two Master's degrees in Aerospace and Astronautical Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile.
