Erica Paz

Erica Paz has a diverse professional background. Erica began their career in 2005 as a Lead Teller at Wells Fargo, where they were responsible for approving large transactions and ordering supplies for the entire branch. In 2011, they became a Pre-school Teacher at the Foster City pre-school and day care center, where they developed a program for young children and activities to stimulate them. In 2014, they joined Renaissance Leadership Int as an Executive Assistant/Operations, where they assisted the CEO with their scheduling and pursued potential candidates and clients. In 2016, they became the Office Manager and Office Coordinator at Vectra Networks, Inc., where they were responsible for managing the office, ordering office supplies, and processing company POs. In 2017, they joined Exabeam as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator. Finally, in 2021, they became a Human Resources Generalist at PlanetScale.

Erica Paz attended California State University-East Bay from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and a Minor in Human Development. Prior to that, they attended Menlo Atherton High School.
