Warren Bew

Warren Bew has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and DevOps. Warren started their career in 1998 as a graduate software engineer at BICC. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a programmer at Headfirst productions. In 2006, they joined Boulting group ltd as a software engineer/Devops, where they designed and developed corporate systems using MySQL/PostgreSQL, Perl/Javascript, and Python. Warren also administered and configured FreeBSD base servers and implemented replication and redundancy strategies. Warren then worked as a senior developer at Applied Language Solutions from 2012 to 2015 and at Capita Translation and Interpreting from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are a software engineer/Devops engineer at Planixs since 2015, where they focus on AWS administration, full build pipeline automation using Jenkins, docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, and designing and building deployment solutions for major banks.

Warren Bew attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Software Engineering.
