Matt Seipt

Matt Seipt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government consulting, business development, and logistics operations. Currently serving as the Director of Growth for the National Security Sector at Planned Systems International, Matt focuses on creating value-driven solutions for Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Intelligence Community clients. As the Owner and Managing Principal of 1MC Solutions, Matt supports both small and large government contractors in contract pursuit, client relationships, and pipeline development. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Caladwich Consulting, Program and Proposal Manager at Get It Done Solutions, Vice President at ReefPoint Group, and Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, along with a notable career in the United States Marine Corps where Matt held various leadership positions related to logistics and operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from the United States Naval Academy and certifications in Project Management and Logistics from Florida Institute of Technology and Defense Acquisition University.
