Ashley Jackson Ivey

Ashley Jackson Ivey currently serves as the Director of Digital Learning & Innovation at Plano ISD since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles within Garland Independent School District, where responsibilities ranged from Digital Learning Coordinator to various instructional positions, leading initiatives for technology integration and professional development for over 3,500 staff. Ashley's background includes designing training programs, developing educational content, and implementing technology tools to enhance teaching and learning. Prior to Garland, Ashley worked as a 7th-grade Science Teacher at Jenks Public Schools, focusing on inquiry-based lesson planning and student engagement. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a focus in Biology from Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Education Technology and Instructional Design from Western Governors University.
