Tom Signorello

Tom Signorello is the current CEO at PlanSource. Prior to this, they served on the Board of Directors at Anexinet from January 2019 to December 2019. Tom also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Arcserve from October 2017 to August 2021.

At Arcserve, Tom led innovative strategies for company growth, driving process improvements and go-to-market strategy to meet future challenges. Tom focused on optimizing a channel-first sales model and investment presence, sharpening operational execution, and enhancing customer support in alignment with company growth and expansion goals. As CEO, they led more than 500 employees worldwide serving 7,500 partners.

Some of their notable accomplishments include successfully refining Arcserve's go-to-market model, building out opportunities for new technology alliances, deeper channel saturation and market share gains in key North American region; and leading the integration of acquired firms FastArchiver & Zetta - providing systems, sales and operational support for seamless conversion into sales-ready channel partner solutions.

Under Tom's leadership, Arcserve has seen considerable growth and success. Thanks to their strategic vision and keen understanding of the market, Tom has been able to position Arcserve as a leading data protection firm - one that is constantly innovating and redefining the way businesses protect their data.

Tom Signorello has an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and a BSBA in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. Tom is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
