Victoria Forastieri

Victoria Forastieri is an experienced project manager with a focus on fair trade, sustainable development, and food systems at Nuup since March 2021. Previously, Victoria served as a Food Systems and Sustainable Development Specialist at Ethos Laboratorio de Políticas Públicas and as a Senior Consultant for Sustainability at Integralia Consultores, where expertise encompassed policy analysis, climate change adaptation, and sustainable agriculture. Victoria's career also includes significant roles at the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México, managing political affairs with the United States and assisting negotiations with the European Union, and in project coordination at Mattel, Inc., where cost-saving initiatives were implemented. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Environment, Development, and Policy from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
