Mandy Clarke

Mandy Clarke is an accomplished Founder and Senior Consultant at Accomplish HR, specializing in transformation, strategic HR, organizational development, and board coaching since April 2010. Clarke has led notable assignments across various sectors, including significant roles with the Ministry of Defence and enterprise technology transformation at Unite Group. Currently, Clarke serves as a Non-Executive Director and Committee Chair for both Platform Housing Group and The Pensions Regulator, alongside being Vice Chair at LHC Procurement and an Ambassador for NEDonBoard. Previous leadership roles include Co-Chair at IPSE, Senior Independent Director at GreenSquareAccord, and Deputy Chair at the Swindon Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership. Clarke holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and has completed education at Hult Ashridge and the Royal Air Force College Cranwell.
