Karin Pull

Karin Pull is the current HR Director at Platzer Fastigheter. Karin has over 15 years of experience working in Human Resources, both in consultant and specialist roles.

Karin started their career as an HR Consultant at Kungsbacka kommun, where they worked for 6 years. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, including recruitment, talent management, and employer branding. Karin also worked on projects to develop Kungsbacka kommun's HR processes.

In 2011, Karin moved to Riksbyggen, where they worked as an HR Specialist/Business Partner for 5 years. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of HR, from recruiting and talent management to labour law and union negotiations. Karin also worked on projects to develop Riksbyggen's HR processes. During their time at Riksbyggen, Karin also worked on a number of other projects, including a network for first line managers in property services, an introduction program for new employees, and a competence development program for property caretakers.

Karin has been working as the HR Director at Platzer Fastigheter since 2016. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of the company's HR function.

Karin Pull reports to Per-Gunnar Persson, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Kristina Arelis - Communications and Marketing Manager, Johan Franzén - Business Area Manager, Industry & Logistics, and Henrik Axelsson - Business Development Manager.
