We’re looking for someone who has built and taken ownership of a compensation and benefits strategy a couple of times at scale and would love the opportunity to do it all over again in a completely different way.
You’ll have the ability to think clearly about cost discipline whilst taking a human approach and considering the importance of employee experience. You’ll be building the newest version of our pay philosophy - which is fair and sensible but still allows us to hire people all over the world and gives them the flexibility they need.
This role will be very multi-dimensional - from constructing the strategy around all things reward (salaries, benefits, equity, pension) to executing on this with the support of the small team, you’ll have so much to get stuck into.
