Fede Barreto

Fede joined Plymouth in 2019 as CFO, bringing over 25 years of progressive Finance experience across various industries. He is a global business leader with commercial, and supply chain experience and has lived and worked in the US, Venezuela and Brazil.

He is experienced in leading large and small organizations and believes in fostering partnerships in order to improve financial outcomes. He has a strong foundation in maximizing cash generation through focus on financial discipline and through support of revenue growth initiatives. A key attribute to his leadership style is seeking and achieving a thorough understanding of the business in which he operates.

Most recently and prior to joining Plymouth, Fede was the CFO at Getronics and the CFO/EVP at Sony DADC Americas, a division of Sony Corporation. He started his career in the pharmaceutical industry in which he spent 15 years between Schering-Plough (now Merck) and Warner Lambert (now Pfizer).

Fede holds a BA in Economics, Philosophy and Financial Management from Ohio Wesleyan and an MBA from Rutgers University. He is an active board member of LUCA, (Latino U College Access) a non-profit that helps underprivileged first-gen Hispanic students make their college dreams a reality.
