Vaughnda Johnson

Vaughnda Johnson serves as a Production Project Manager II at Navy Federal Credit Union and holds a volunteer position as the Director of the Leadership and Communication Special Interest Group at the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter. With a diverse background in project management, Vaughnda has successfully led initiatives to improve operational efficiencies, including the creation of a mechanical matrix for Crankshaft Studio and increased administrative effectiveness at Garchen Institute. Previous roles encompass purchasing management for Santa Barbara Unified School District, where Vaughnda oversaw a substantial budget and coordinated critical safety measures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
