Susanna Solberg

Susanna Solberg currently serves as the Compliance & Sustainability Manager at POC since August 2025. Prior to this role, Susanna held various positions at Björn Borg from November 2016 to August 2025, including Senior Material and Quality Developer, Head of Product Development, Fabric & Quality Manager, and Product Developer Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as a Product Developer at Hultafors Group from June 2015 to November 2016 and a Technical Design Developer at Hultafors Group from August 2011 to November 2014. Susanna also worked as a Parts Engineer at Volvo Construction Equipment for a brief period from November 2010 to June 2011 and as a CAD Engineer at ASSA AB from August 2009 to June 2010. Susanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Product Development from Mälardalen University, completed in 2009.
