Piyush Maheshwari

Piyush Maheshwari is an experienced investor specializing in long-short equity, currently working at Point72 since August 2022. Prior to this, Piyush held the position of investor at Ward Ferry Management Ltd. from March 2015 to July 2022 and worked as a management consultant at Value Partners between June 2014 and March 2015. Previous consulting experience includes a tenure at The Boston Consulting Group from June 2012 to June 2014. Early in the career, Piyush completed a summer analyst position in high yield credit trading and research at Nomura Securities in 2011 and was involved in synthetic equities and delta one trading at Deutsche Bank from June 2007 to June 2010. Piyush holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MBA exchange in International Business & Strategy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, alongside a B.Tech and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
