Randi Joslyn

Randi Joslyn is an experienced leader in collaboration technology and end user support with a strong track record in managing user experience for large organizations. Currently serving as Head of Collaboration Tech and End User Support at Point72 since October 2022, Randi oversees the development and implementation of communication and productivity solutions. Previous roles include Executive Director for Colleague Collaboration at CVS Health, where Randi led initiatives for over 300,000 employees, and Executive Director of Digital Workplace at Raytheon Technologies, impacting over 200,000 users. Randi also held leadership positions at Capital One and Fannie Mae, focusing on digital workplace strategies and technology implementation. In addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Georgetown University, Randi completed a MLitt at the University of St Andrews from 2018 to 2020.
