Vicki Devore

Vicki DeVore is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership positions. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Polaris Industries since March 2000, Vicki has demonstrated a long-term commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness. Prior to this role, Vicki held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Wagner SprayTech Corporation from February 1995 to March 2000, contributing to workforce development in a subsidiary of J. Wagner GmbH. Vicki began her career in human resources at Empak, Inc., serving as the Director of Human Resources from 1993 to 1995. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
