Mateusz Jarosz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2009, they began their career as an R&D Engineer at the Institute of Electronic Materials Technology, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they also completed a visiting research project at Sensor N.I.T.E., working on automotive temperature sensors.
In 2009, Mateusz also had a research internship at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they contributed to the development and fabrication of substrates for System-On-Package technology. Their internship involved working with top semiconductor, material, and packaging companies.
In 2012, Mateusz joined GE Power as an Application Engineer, and later progressed to become an Advanced Application Engineer and then a Lead Equipment Application Engineer. In these roles, they provided technical project support to internal and external customers, led project teams, developed budgets, and conducted technical and commercial reviews.
Mateusz then joined Shell in 2018 as a Technical Sales professional, responsible for sales in the lubricants division. Mateusz later transitioned to the role of Development Manager at Shell Lubricants, overseeing development projects until 2022.
In 2022, Mateusz became a Strategic Account Manager for Europe at POLARIS Laboratories®, where they are responsible for managing key accounts.
Overall, Mateusz has demonstrated a strong technical background, project management skills, and experience in sales and account management.
Mateusz Jarosz completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Precision and Electronic Devices Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. Mateusz pursued this degree from 2002 to 2009 at the Faculty of Mechatronics. In addition, Mateusz was awarded the Socrates - Erasmus Scholarship and studied Microelectronics Technology at Technische Universität Dresden for one year from 2007 to 2008. Apart from their formal education, Mateusz holds a certification as a Level I Machinery Lubrication Technician from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML).
