Holden Lee

Holden Lee is the current Head of Business Intelligence at Policygenius. Prior to this, Holden Lee was the Director of Business Intelligence at Fetch Rewards, Inc. from April 2021 to December 2021. In this role, Holden was responsible for creating a wide range of performance reports across large cpg manufacturer clients, delivering consumer insights on marketing promotions and discount offers, and developing strategic frameworks to assess internal capabilities against evolving client needs.

Before joining Fetch Rewards, Holden held various positions in business intelligence and data analytics. Holden has a proven track record in leading teams to success and is passionate about using data to drive business decisions.

-Holden Lee has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they focused on General Management and Strategy Consulting.

-Holden also has a BE from Dartmouth College in Engineering and Economics.

-In addition, they are certified by LinkedIn in Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training, Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, and Intermediate SQL for Data Scientists.

-Finally, they are certified by Tableau Software in Tableau Desktop 7.0 Core Certification.

Holden Lee reports to Jennifer Fitzgerald, Founder & CEO. They work with Maya Gumennik - Head of Marketing, Megan Pittman - VP of People, and Jeannie Kim - VP & GM of Content.
