Brook Bowers

Brook Bowers is a seasoned professional in the field of IT and video production, currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Associate for Video Production at Ralph Lauren since May 2019. In this role, Brook specializes in writing, directing, producing, and editing internal training videos while leading company-wide training sessions on various IT topics. Previously, Brook held the position of Lead Systems Technologist, providing comprehensive support to over 300 Mac users across multiple departments. Prior to Ralph Lauren, Brook gained experience at SYPartners and Showtime Networks Inc. as a Help Desk Support and Mac Support Technician, respectively, assisting users with a range of software and IT solutions. Brook holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production from Emerson College and a High School Diploma from the Rocky Mountain School of Expeditionary Learning.
