Dara Douglas

Dara Douglas is an experienced professional in the fashion and design industry, currently serving as Brand and Product Lead for Design with Intent at Ralph Lauren since December 2017. In this role, Dara focuses on expanding inclusive approaches across the company's product offerings, collaborating with various internal teams to align product creation with the company's social impact strategy. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Inspirational Content at PVH Corp., Archive Consultant, and Manager of Inspirational Content at Ralph Lauren. Additional contributions span freelance mannequin dressing for exhibitions at institutions such as the Museum of the Moving Image and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, as well as internships involving fashion collections and curation. Dara holds a Master's degree in Fashion and Textile Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology, an Associate's degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Spelman College.
