Joyce Bogus

Joyce Bogus has extensive experience in finance and information technology, with a strong focus on enhancing retail business functions through technology and process improvement. Currently serving as Director of Finance Support Services and PMO at Ralph Lauren since January 2015, Joyce previously held the position of Director of Information Technology at Ann Taylor from 2007 to January 2015, leading IT initiatives that improved operational efficiency. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Information Technology at Coach and J.Crew, where Joyce managed systems for product development and merchandising. Joyce began a career in merchandising at Gruppo GFT, developing men’s clothing. Joyce holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Penn State University.
