Vincent Dollet

Vincent Dollet is currently the VP of Product at PolyAI. Before that, they were the Group Product Manager at Zendesk from December 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Principal Product Manager at Zendesk from January 2019 to November 2019. Vincent Dollet has also been a Senior Product Manager at Zendesk from April 2018 to December 2018 and a Product Manager at Zendesk from November 2016 to April 2018.

At Zendesk, Vincent Dollet led the product management of Zendesk Explore. Their team focused on connecting Explore to all Zendesk products (ETL pipeline), and on making it simple to find, collaborate and act on critical business insights. They launched Explore late 2018 and it became successful quickly, reaching a 40% attach rate at win amongst their sales-assisted customers in its first year. By the end of 2019, they were on-track to exceed $5M ARR.

Vincent Dollet has an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, an MSc from Queen's University in Electrical Engineering, and a Master of Science from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Lyon in Telecommunications. Vincent also has certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
