Christopher Wallis

Christopher Wallis, PhD, FRSC, FRSB, serves as a Professor of Sustainable Food Science and Technologies at Cardiff Metropolitan University, specializing in food science innovation and sustainable practices. Wallis also heads the Global Academy in Food Science, Safety and Security, fostering cross-disciplinary research in these areas. As a co-founder and scientific advisor at Polymateria, Wallis leads applied research and development efforts focused on sustainable industrial solutions.
